Your business challenge. Your simulation. With experts.

Gate Custom takes the Gate experience one step further by adapting the simulation to your organization’s specific needs.

Together, we identify the business context, challenge or decision environment you want participants to experience. The Gate simulation is then adapted to create a customer-specific experience aligned with your objectives.

The result is not simply a customized workshop. It is a simulation environment built around the reality your people need to practice.

Gate Custom includes professional preparation, in-person facilitation and post-simulation analysis, together with the development work required to adapt the simulation to your specific context.
